(Luke 12:13-21) Someone in the crowd said to him, \u201cTeacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me.\u201d But he said to him, \u201cMan, who made me a judge or arbitrator over you?\u201d<\/span> And he said to them, \u201cTake care, and be on your guard against all covetousness, for one\u2019s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.\u201d<\/span> And he told them a parable, saying, \u201cThe land of a rich man produced plentifully,<\/span> and he thought to himself, \u2018What shall I do, for I have nowhere to store my crops?\u2019<\/span> And he said, \u2018I will do this: I will tear down my barns and build larger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods.<\/span> And I will say to my soul, \u201cSoul, you have ample goods laid up for many years; relax, eat, drink, be merry.\u201d\u2019<\/span> But God said to him, \u2018Fool!
